Please make sure that the information about your Hotel / Apartment / Finca on Majorca is correct, including street, house number, or room number. It is important that you are reachable and contactable, as the Rentalpanda staff is not able to visit your holiday home several times. If you are not present at the agreed delivery time & date, we will try to contact you by telephone or via WhatsApp. If you still cannot be reached, and you miss your delivery date by more than 30 minutes, we may cancel your order. Alternatively, you can pick up your products at our warehouse. Thank you for your kind consideration and understanding!Product delivery at the airportIf the customer can not be reached within 1.5 hours after landing (WhatsApp, telephone, e-mail), the driver must leave the airport and the order will expire, without entitlement to a refund of any amounts already paid. However, in this case, the goods can be picked up by the customer in Santa Ponsa on the same or the next day.

Our professional staff will provide you with all the beach accessories, baby and child equipment and toys for young and old, as well as anything that makes your holiday destination more enjoyable. We deliver directly to your hotel, Finca, villa or anywhere you request. Families with children particularly often notice that on holiday "there is a lot missing". Or something, which you normally use at home, is just not available, because you couldn’t bring it with you due to weight or bulkiness. Plans can change, that's no problem. Please let us know as soon as possible. A cancellation must be communicated by you by email, telephone or WhatsApp at least 7 days before the start of the rental period, without incurring any costs to you. This ensures that the products you have reserved can be rented elsewhere. For cancellations made 7 to 2 days before the start of the rental period, we must retain 50% of your rental fee, with the remaining 50% returned to you within one week. For cancellations made 2 days (or less) before the start of the rental, we must retain your rental fee in full.
Our delivery times are Monday to Sunday, from 5:00 to 23:00. If your flight is delayed and you land after 23:00, we'll wait for you.
