Please make sure that the information about your Hotel / Apartment / Finca on Majorca is correct, including street, house number, or room number. It is important that you are reachable and contactable, as the Rentalpanda staff is not able to visit your holiday home several times. If you are not present at the agreed delivery time & date, we will try to contact you by telephone or via WhatsApp. If you still cannot be reached, and you miss your delivery date by more than 30 minutes, we may cancel your oder.Alternatively, you can pick up your products at our warehouse. Thank you for your kind consideration and understanding. Product delivery to the airport: If the customer can not be reached within 1.5 hours after landing (WhatsApp, telephone, e-mail), the driver must leave the airport and the order will expire, without entitlement to a refund of any amounts already paid. However, in this case, the goods can be picked up by the customer in Coll den Rabassa on the same or the next day.
Our online ordering service makes it easy for you to choose from a variety of products, including photos and descriptions, and to order them online at Rentalpanda.es at any time of day or night. Simply complete the order enquiry form and follow the instructions. As soon as we have confirmed your request and the availability of the products, you will receive your confirmation via Email. The security deposit will be paid by you in cash when we hand over the products.
