What happens if I am not present at the handing over of the products?

It is important that you are reachable and contactable, as the Rentalpanda staff is not able to visit your holiday home several times. If you are not present at the agreed delivery time & date, we will try to contact you by telephone or via WhatsApp. If you still cannot be reached, and you miss your delivery date by more than 30 minutes,
we may cancel your order. Alternatively, you can pick up your products at our warehouse. Thank you for your kind consideration and understanding!
Product delivery at the airportIf the customer can not be reached within 1.5 hours after landing (WhatsApp, telephone, e-mail), the driver must leave the airport and the order will expire, without entitlement to a refund of any amounts already paid. However, in this case, the goods can be picked up by the customer in Santa Ponsa on the same or the next day.
