What is your cancellation policy?

A cancellation must be communicated by you by email, telephone or WhatsApp at least 7 days before the start of the rental period, without incurring any costs to you. This ensures that the products you have reserved can be rented elsewhere. For cancellations made 7 to 2 days before the start of the rental period, we must retain 50% of your rental fee, with the remaining 50% returned to you within one week. For cancellations made 2 days (or less) before the start of the rental, we must retain your rental fee in full.
